  • Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG - Heart Surgery) (IQI 12)

  • Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty  (IQI 30)

  • Craniotomy (Brain Surgery) (IQI 13)

  3.       Hospital-level Procedure Utilization Rates (7 Indicators)

  • Cesarean section delivery (IQI 21)

  • Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Delivery (VBAC), Uncomplicated (IQI 22)

  The following indicators were excluded due to insufficient number of cases (< 20).

  • Esophageal resection (IQI 8)

  • Pancreatic resection (IQI 9)

  • Pediatric heart surgery (IQI 10)

  • Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (IQI 11)

  • Hip replacement (IQI 14)

  • Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (IQI 23) (Excluded due to definition - requires outpatient data)

  • Carotid endarterectomy (IQI 31)
