This is a effort to aid consumers’ who may be choosing a hospital.   

Kentucky hospitals are leading the way in informing consumers and health care purchasers about hospital charges and length of stay.

The top Diagnosis Related Group (DRG's ) reported here accounted for more than 86 percent of admissions to Kentucky hospitals on an annual basis.  Median charges  &  length of stay are listed as well as the median age of the patient.
